DoorDrop Nation · Updated October 21, 2026
Terms & Conditions
These terms explain use of the DoorDrop Nation website. Campaign-specific obligations must be set out in a separate written agreement. This is a general draft for business and legal review, not a substitute for a signed service agreement.
Website use
Use this website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, access information without authorization, or submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material.
Quotes and campaign agreements
Website content and quote requests do not create a confirmed order. Scope, quantities, service area, pricing, taxes, payment schedules, production approvals, delivery dates, reporting, cancellations and refunds must be confirmed in a written campaign agreement before work begins. Website descriptions do not override that agreement.
Artwork and customer responsibilities
Customers must have permission to use supplied artwork, trademarks, offers and personal information. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of campaign materials and for approving final artwork before printing. Any additional allocation of responsibilities belongs in the written campaign agreement.
Distribution restrictions
Distribution must comply with applicable laws, local solicitation rules, property access restrictions, posted notices and safety requirements. Materials must not be placed in mailboxes without lawful authorization. Access restrictions, weather and safety conditions may affect coverage and timing; any substitutions or adjustments require the campaign agreement's procedures.
Website materials
Website branding and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks belong to their owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied by a reference to another company.
Results, liability and your rights
Marketing responses and sales are not guaranteed. Illustrations are not proof of a specific campaign. Any service warranties, remedies or limits on liability must be stated in the signed agreement and remain subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and disputes
The update date identifies this version. Changes to signed campaign terms require the agreed process. Applicable governing law and dispute procedures should be specified in the campaign agreement; this website does not establish an arbitration requirement or select a court.
